Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Training

Being equipped and prepared to respond when someone is experiencing a mental health condition and may be at risk of suicide is important. Just as we undertake First Aid training to respond to physical injuries, Mental Health training is important so that we can respond to psychological injuries. The more people we have trained in our community, sports clubs, schools and workplaces, the more likely we will be able to prevent suicide.
